From the Principal Designer
Every space holds a story—of the people who live in it, the emotions they carry, and the memories they create. For me, design has always been about understanding those stories and giving them form through space, texture, and light.

I’m Anushka Rindhe, Principal Designer at Enkora Design Studio. My journey into interior design began long before it became a profession. It started with a quiet curiosity during my school years, noticing how subtle design decisions could influence how people feel within a space. That curiosity evolved into purpose, leading me to pursue a three-year Advanced Diploma in Interior Design and eventually shape Enkora as a practice rooted in empathy and intent.

Through my work across residential and commercial projects, I’ve learned that meaningful design goes beyond visual appeal—it must feel right. It is a balance between creativity and practicality, vision and comfort, aesthetics and longevity. This belief has guided my approach and has been recognised through platforms such as the Best Design Award at Srujan 2024. For me, innovation begins with listening—then translating emotions, needs, and aspirations into thoughtful spatial experiences.
At Enkora, every project begins with people. We take time to understand lifestyles, habits, and individual narratives before shaping spaces around them. From spatial planning to material selection, each decision is intentional. We don’t impose a style; we uncover the soul of a space and allow it to evolve naturally.

As a young studio, our strength lies in a fresh perspective, a research-driven process, and a human-centred design philosophy. Whether designing compact homes or contemporary workplaces, our aim remains consistent—to create interiors that are timeless, purposeful, and deeply personal.

Based in Pune, we collaborate with clients across India and internationally, blending contemporary sensibilities with local craftsmanship and cultural depth.
